  2. Using the information obtained, a fitness plan will be developed specifically to meet your goals.

  3. A fitness plan along with an Exercise Manual will be emailed to you as Adobe .PDF file

  4. YOU will be all set on your way to ACHIEVE the results you have always wanted.
